GodLike Partners with Loco for Exclusive Streaming and Content

Indian esports organization GodLike has teamed up with Krafton-backed streaming platform Loco in an exclusive streaming and content partnership, according to a press release by Cornerstone Sport, the organization’s talent management agency.

The partnership will cover 17 players from GodLike’s teams in Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI), Free Fire, and Call of Duty: Mobile, who will now exclusively stream on Loco. This includes popular players like Jonathan Amaral, Chetan “Kronten” Chandgude, Abhijeet “Ghatak” Andhare, Suraj “Neyoo” Majumdar, Abhishek “ZGOD” Choudhary, and Vivek “ClutchGod” Horo for BGMI, Burnz, Vegaz, Learn, Neutrino, Trunks, and Brosxzs for CoD: Mobile, and Ginotra, Akashdip, Abhay, CM, and Nivesh for Free Fire.

Ashwin Suresh, the co-founder of Loco, expressed excitement about the partnership, stating, “GodLike is one of the most popular teams in the Indian esports ecosystem and we’re happy to be building a long-term relationship with them. With Loco’s market leadership in-game streaming and esports, and GodLike’s roster of professional gamers, this partnership is poised to create value for consumers by providing them with tons of exclusive content and a chance to interact with their favorite streamers.”

GodLike Esports, founded in 2018 by Kronten, who is also one of the streamers included in this deal, has an impressive BGMI team that recently competed in the PUBG Mobile Global Championship (PMGC) 2021 grand finals, finishing in 13th place.

The majority of the streamers involved in this partnership are professional gamers who occasionally stream on YouTube. It’ll be interesting to see the level of viewership they can attract now that they will be streaming exclusively on Loco.
