Fortnite content creator MaximilianMus faces allegations of harassing streamers

Fortnite YouTuber Faces Harassment Accusations and Impersonation

A well-known Fortnite YouTuber named Max Ahmed Lundgren, also known as MaximilianMus, is currently being accused of harassment and impersonation of fellow Twitch streamer Jacob West, known as Weest.

Weest alleges that MaximilianMus either impersonated him directly or allowed his friend to do so. He claims that MaximilianMus instructed his friend to harass and attack other streamers, making it appear as though Weest was responsible for the actions. Weest stated, “He’s an absolute scumbag.”

It is alleged that MaximilianMus’ Discord channel is being used to target and harass other streamers. Weest shared a video on Twitter, showing MaximilianMus sharing links to Twitch streamers and instructing his audience to send hateful comments in the chat, making it falsely seem as though the messages came from Weest. This leads to a significant amount of spam and harassment due to MaximilianMus’ large following.

In addition, MaximilianMus has been accused of harassing Weest’s girlfriend. Following the recent passing of her father, MaximilianMus allegedly instructed his followers to send hateful messages to her on Twitter.

Weest argues that MaximilianMus specifically uses Twitch as a platform to manipulate his followers into reporting Weest’s channel in order to get him banned. Weest describes this behavior as “weaponizing his audience” and finds it absolutely reprehensible.

While YouTube strictly prohibits harassment and any violations of its content guidelines, no action has been taken against MaximilianMus’ YouTube channel thus far.
