Influencer Boxing Event, Creator Clash, Adds Twitch Streamers as Interviewer and Commentator
The upcoming influencer boxing event, Creator Clash, organized by iDubbbz, has recently announced the addition of Twitch streamers Esfand and MoistCr1tikal to its broadcast team. Esfand will serve as the pre-fight interviewer, while MoistCr1tikal will provide color commentary during the matches.
Creator Clash, which was initially revealed on January 2, 2022, has now finalized its lineup with a total of 18 participants including streamers, YouTubers, and TikTok content creators. Notable personalities like Michael Reeves, JustaMinx, AB from the H3 Podcast, and Egoraptor will compete in their chosen matchups. The main event will feature iDubbbz taking on YouTube star Dr. Mike.
In addition to Esfand and MoistCr1tikal, the broadcast team for Creator Clash includes Akinola Verissimo, Wade Plemons, FaZe Sensei, xQc, and Chills. The event is scheduled to take place on Saturday, May 14 in Tampa, Florida, offering both in-person and virtual tickets for sale.
Originally, Esfand was expected to compete in the boxing matches, as his name appeared in leaks related to the event. However, due to an injury sustained by his anticipated opponent Chills, both Esfand and Chills were ultimately moved to the broadcast team. Esfand will now conduct pre-fight interviews for all nine matches on the card.
MoistCr1tikal, a content creator based in Florida, will join iDubbbz’s boxing event as a commentator. Although this will be his first time commentating a boxing event, he has previous experience as a combat sports analyst, having made a guest appearance on the official Slap Fight channel.
While the event is still several months away, participants have begun sharing training videos showcasing their extensive preparations. As the lineup continues to grow with top-tier talent, we can anticipate an exciting clash between these creators.
