Emiru on Twitch benefits from successful OTK Rift 2 LoL tournament

Emiru’s Viewership Soars During OTK Rift 2

In the recent OTK Rift 2 League of Legends tournament, Team Filian emerged as the champions. However, the spotlight was on Emiru, who took advantage of organizing the event to boost her viewership and gain subscribers.

Emiru’s Channel Takes Center Stage

Emiru’s channel served as the main broadcast for OTK Rift 2 for a total of seven and a half hours. With Emiru on the analyst desk alongside Ovilee May and shoutcasters Captain Flowers and Zirene, the event was a star-studded affair.

Creating a Relaxed Experience

To differentiate the event from others like LCS or Twitch Rivals, the team aimed for a more relaxed atmosphere. The high-energy personalities involved brought a casual vibe to the evening, allowing for a more laid-back experience.

Redefining Viewership Records

Emiru’s channel garnered an average of 23,379 viewers during the event, reaching a peak of 33,365 viewers. According to Streams Charts, the stream accumulated an average of 173,389 hours watched. This was one of Emiru’s most successful streams, surpassed only by her cross-dressing cosplay stream that averaged 39,303 viewers.

This extraordinary viewership also resulted in a significant increase in subscriptions for Emiru. With support from her fellow casters, she gained a total of 842 subscriptions during the stream, including 388 gifted subs. This brought her overall active subscriber count to an impressive 4,162.

Additionally, the broadcast from WePlay Studios provided valuable brand exposure for OTK and their new PC building company, Starforge Systems. Both brands were prominently featured throughout the broadcast, amplifying their visibility.
