Earn rare in-game loot by watching Borderlands 3 streamers on Twitch

Borderlands 3 Takes Streaming to the Next Level with Rare Loot Rewards

In an exciting and unique move, Borderlands 3 is set to revolutionize streaming. According to IGN, viewers of this highly-anticipated game will now have the chance to score rare loot in-game simply by watching others play.

The feature, called ECHOcast, allows players to connect their Twitch and Gearbox SHIFT accounts, making them eligible for exclusive rewards whenever a streamer opens a red chest live.

When a streamer with a linked Twitch account encounters a red chest in Borderlands 3, viewers will have a 30-second window to participate in an event. During this event, one lucky individual will be randomly selected to receive rare loot in their own game.

Additionally, fans can now examine the skill tree of the streamer they’re watching to gain insights into character building strategies. This allows viewers to either mimic their favorite streamers’ playstyles or playfully criticize them for ineffective builds.

Moreover, viewers can also observe the types of guns being used by the streamers. In the future, there may be more exciting features and options added to enhance the streaming experience. The success of this new system will soon be revealed upon the game’s release on September 13.

Borderlands 3 is set to hit the shelves on September 13, offering gamers a whole new level of interactive streaming.
