Dr Disrespect’s Game Studio, Midnight Society, to Reveal “Snapshot VI” Early Access Content
Tomorrow, Dr Disrespect’s game studio Midnight Society will be unveiling the next piece of content for their game, called “DEADROP,” in early access. In a teaser video posted on social media, Dr Disrespect hinted at a new feature that will allow players to purchase items from a vendor using in-game currency.
In a reply to their own post, Midnight Society announced that players will be able to experience “Snapshot VI” starting tomorrow. They also shared a YouTube livestream scheduled for 5pm CT tomorrow, where players can learn more about what to expect in DEADROP.

Initially, early access to DEADROP was limited to those who claimed a “Founder Pass,” which was available to only 10,000 people. The gameplay of DEADROP was first revealed in July 2022, and since then, there have been several snapshots, with the most recent one released in March of this year.
DEADROP is a free-to-play player-vs-player-vs-environment vertical extraction shooter that runs on Unreal Engine 5. The game is exclusive to PC and does not have an official release date. It is the first project undertaken by Dr Disrespect and Midnight Society since the studio’s establishment in December 2021.
