Asmongold criticized Twitch streamer SeanDaBlack for his extreme response to Destiny’s use of a racial slur, accusing him of “advocating for genocide.”
On May 16, SeanDaBlack reacted strongly to Destiny’s remark, claiming that the racial slur is the result of not eradicating every slaveowner and KKK member.
Destiny used a racial slur on Hasanabi, escalating their ongoing feud, which prompted SeanDaBlack’s outburst.
Despite deleting some terms from his rage, a Reddit post stated SeanDaBlack urged someone murder Destiny, prompting Asmongold to compare it to genocide. SeanDaBlack later denied any attempt to harm Destiny.
Asmongold commented to the situation on Twitch, noting that SeanDaBlack was clearly pushing for genocide, as his comments indicate it.
SeanDaBlack then responded on X, uploading a video of Asmongold’s remarks and jokingly remarking that expressing the desire to eliminate immoral people for their inhumanity is deemed a “hot take.” The post was accompanied with the shrugging emoji.
SeanDaBlack showed little surprise at Destiny’s use of harsh language, admitting that Destiny has previously used the n-word on stream. He also stated that eliminating such persons will result in socialism.
SeanDaBlack subsequently emphasized on Reddit that he never intended to harm Destiny and that when he controls himself on stream, he simply mouths words rather than saying anything.
Destiny and Hasanabi had a falling out years ago, and despite their shared left-leaning political ideals, they have opposing views on a variety of issues, causing a widening schism between them.
