Amouranth’s Twitch suspension lifted after three days

Twitch Lifts Ban on Amouranth’s Channel

Amouranth’s Twitch channel has been unbanned today following a three-day suspension starting on October 8.

No specific reason for the ban has been revealed, but it is likely related to the sexually suggestive content both on and off Twitch. As of now, her main Instagram account, with millions of followers, remains banned. Her TikTok account also appears to be banned.

Commander Root, a Twitch partner and software engineer, previously noted that despite the ban, Amouranth’s code still indicated her partnership with the platform.

Twitch usually maintains a streamer’s partnership status if the ban is temporary rather than permanent. Therefore, it was expected that Amouranth’s ban would be short-lived. However, Amouranth’s misleading video titled “This got me banned on Twitch and Instagram” posted on October 9 suggested otherwise.

In the video, Mizkif stated, “I think that’s her last ban. She might be gone. End of an era.”

Despite the video’s misleading title, it provides little information regarding the actual reason for her ban. Now that Amouranth is unbanned from Twitch, it can be concluded that the video was clickbait and did not indicate her departure from the platform.

While Amouranth may still be banned on Instagram and TikTok, her Twitter account remains active. She recently tweeted, “Guess who got verified FINALLY?” implying that her main Twitter account has achieved verification, a certification for accounts considered notable in various domains.
