Twitch Streamer Amouranth Buys Gas Station as Part of Financial Plan
Twitch streamer and OnlyFans model Amouranth recently announced her latest financial venture: the purchase of a gas station. Located in a bustling metropolitan area with over 100,000 daily visitors, the gas station will be a Circle K.
Savings on Taxes and Profits with Gas Station Investment
Amouranth explained that her investment of $1 million into the $4 million gas station has actually resulted in savings on taxes. Through the concept of accelerated depreciation, she stands to gain $110,000 from the purchase. With accelerated depreciation, business owners can reduce their tax burden by minimizing the amount of federal income tax they have to pay. This investment will enable Amouranth to save $1.1 million in federal income tax for this year.
Additional Income from Rental Fees
As Amouranth resides in Texas, she is already exempt from state income tax. Therefore, she only needs to pay federal income tax. She also mentioned that she will not be managing the gas station herself and will earn $85,000 annually through rental fees.
Maximizing Income and Legally Minimizing Taxation
Amouranth faced criticism for her gas station investment, but she clarified that she will still pay millions in federal income tax each year. For her, the gas station is simply another legal strategy to minimize taxation and maximize her income.
Amouranth’s Twitch earnings have been significant, with over $1.3 million earned from August 2019 to October of this year. In addition to Twitch, she generates revenue from various sources such as OnlyFans, Patreon, and YouTube.
During an interview with H3H3’s Ethan Klein, Amouranth revealed that she made $1 million in just one month through OnlyFans. On Twitch, she has around 18,000 monthly subscribers, primarily at Tier 1. This translates to approximately $40,000 per month from Twitch subscriptions alone, not accounting for advertising revenue, bits revenue, or donations.
Amouranth has also discussed her long-term plans to start an animal rescue. Her goal is to open a large-scale rescue facility where hundreds of dogs and other animals can be cared for.
“I’m not going to be a thot forever,” Amouranth remarked.
