The certification validates Sportradar’s ability to consistently meet international industry standards for customer and regulatory requirements.
Sportradar’s Client Services & Care and Integrity Services have been ISO-certified since 2014. The latest audit confirms that the Quality Management System (QMS) of the following Sportradar areas fulfill the ISO norm 9001:2015:
- Client Services & Care – Betting & Gaming
- Integrity Services
- Content Production and Operations
- Trading Services
The certification showcases Sportradar’s commitment to reviewing and enhancing its work, services, products, data, and processes. The Client Services & Care unit has introduced Technical Success Management to provide clients with access to Sportradar Technical Experts and faster support times.
The certification also reinforces Sportradar’s leadership in fraud detection monitoring and analysis through its Integrity Services. It affirms the trust that Sportradar’s partners have in its service.
The Content Production and Operations unit, responsible for delivering Pre-Match, Live, and Statistics data, has made improvements to its processes based on audit findings to ensure continuous enhancement and adherence to ISO9001 standards.
Lastly, the Trading Services unit’s certification validates the company’s commitment to improving its processes and supporting product innovation, ensuring the delivery of high standards expected by its clients.
