SKS365 enhances support for employees with GROW People Management Program

Enhancing People Management Skills through the GROW Program

With the increasing complexity of business environments, the need for skilled people managers has become paramount. Recognizing this, SKS365 group organized the GROW People Management Program to enhance the skills of experienced managers across its various locations.

The program, held in Belgrade from 15th to 19th of April, brought together 11 people managers from Commercial, Product and Development, Finance, and Sportsbook departments of the group’s offices in Malta, Italy, Austria, and Serbia. Through a series of trainings, discussions, and team building activities, the participants had the opportunity to not only grow individually but also strengthen their bonds as a team.

Evolution of the GROW Initiative

Originally established in 2023 to build foundational people management skills, the GROW initiative has evolved to include an advanced program tailored specifically for experienced managers. The new program aims to further consolidate their skills and prepare them for future leadership opportunities within the organization.

The program was meticulously designed and organized by the SKS365 People & Culture team to ensure maximum engagement and learning outcomes.

By fostering connections, sharing experiences, and engaging in team building activities, the 11 experienced people managers gained valuable insights and skills that will undoubtedly benefit both their individual growth and the overall team dynamic within SKS365.
