SIS Secures Long-Term Extension for Spanish Horse Racing Coverage

Renewing the Partnership

Sports Information Services (SIS) has announced an extension of its agreement with the Asociacion de Hipodromos Espanoles, securing the rights to showcase over 500 horse races annually from Spain. This partnership will continue for another three years, highlighting the commitment of both parties to provide high-quality racing content to operators and audiences worldwide.

Expanding Racing Coverage

As part of the renewed agreement, SIS will broadcast live from six of Spain’s prominent racetracks, including Hipodromo de La Zarzuela, Dos Hermanas, and San Sebastian. The inclusion of prestigious group contests like the Gran Premio de Madrid and San Sebastian Gold Cup will further enhance the appeal of Spanish horse racing to a global audience.

Increasing Betting Opportunities

By adding more Spanish races to its Live Racing offering, SIS aims to offer operators a diverse range of betting opportunities round-the-clock. With a growing library of over 35,000 annual horse races, including premium fixtures from countries like South Korea and Poland, SIS is dedicated to providing a comprehensive betting experience to its partners.

Strategic Partnership

Both SIS and the Asociacion de Hipodromos Espanoles view this extended partnership as a strategic move to strengthen their presence in the global betting industry. The President of the Asociacion de Hipodromos Espanoles, Rafael Marquez Ojea, emphasized the value of collaborating with SIS to expand the reach of Spanish racing and attract new audiences worldwide.

Overall, the renewal of this agreement underscores the growing importance of Spanish horse racing in the international betting landscape and reinforces SIS’s position as a leading provider of live racing content.
