Upcoming Pokémon Manga to Omit Franchise’s Iconic Mascot, Similar to the Anime

As Ash Ketchum steps back from being the star of the Pokémon show, a fresh pair takes center stage. The new Pokémon anime featuring Riko and Roy kicks off in Japan on April 14. They begin their adventure in the Paldea region, with Sprigatito, Fuecoco, and Quaxly.

New Heroes on the Block

Riko and Roy have big shoes to fill, but they’re ready. They will fight other trainers, catch Pokémon, and tour Paldea without Ash and Pikachu.

More Than Just a Show

A new manga, starting April 14, comes with the anime. Drawn by Yamadaka Kei, it echoes the anime’s story. It’s Riko and Roy’s time to shine, leaving Ash and Pikachu out.

Fans are eager to know what kind of Poké Ball Roy has. With many kinds in the Pokémon world, his could be special. It might be a Tera Orb, linked to the Terastal phenomenon in Gen IX.

Waiting for the Big Reveal

All will be revealed when the Pokémon anime and manga launch on April 14 in Japan. Fans can’t wait to see what Riko and Roy’s adventure holds.
