Bug Hits Pokémon Go Players Hard
A lot of Pokémon Go fans are upset right now. They joined the Go Tour: Hoenn event and now face a big problem. The game is messing up for them. They can’t see Pokémon, PokéStops, or Gyms on the map. This bug is making the game hard to play. Even worse, Niantic let slip some news about Remote Raid Passes that didn’t make players happy. They might put daily limits on these passes. This made many players very upset.
Trying to Fix the Issue
Players tried hard to fix the bug. They restarted the app, changed network settings, reset their phones, and even tried other phones. But, nothing worked. The event itself had many problems. It was so bad that Niantic asked people without tickets not to come on the second day.
Changes to Remote Raid Passes Leaked
Niantic made a mistake and showed that Remote Raid Passes might have daily limits soon. This news came out in a Pokémon Go update but was quickly removed. Despite this, players think this change will happen. Joe Merrick from Serebii.net said this is a “very bad idea.” It could change how people play the game. Yet, some think it’s good as it will make players join local raids, which is a big part of the game.
Young Champion Shines
Kiara Nguyen, just 11 years old, won the Juniors Division at the Oceania International Championships. She got three wins and one loss. This win gave her $1,500 and 500 CP for the 2023 Pokémon World Championships. Kiara is no newbie. She’s been in the finals before and has won many championships.
Kiara used a strong team of Pokémon, including Tatsugiri and Roaring Moon. These Pokémon are top choices in the game. Fans and players are watching her career with great interest.
