Raging Bolt Dominates Pokémon Scarlet and Violet Metagame at EUIC
Raging Bolt is quickly becoming one of the top contenders in the Pokémon Scarlet and Violet metagame. It has dethroned the previously dominant Flutter Mane and claimed the top spot as the top Paradox Pokémon by day two of the Europe International Championships (EUIC). We asked professional VGC players what makes Raging Bolt so special.
Since its debut in the VGC scene during Regulation F, Raging Bolt, the long-necked behemoth from The Indigo Disk DLC, has consistently proven itself to be one of the strongest Pokémon. At the EUIC event (April 5-7), Raging Bolt even climbed the usage chart and secured the second spot, only trailing behind Incineroar. This impressive performance solidified its position as the top Paradox Pokémon and special attacker, outshining even the once-popular Flutter Mane, who fell to seventh place on day two.
