However, getting it might be tough if you don’t already have one from other games like Legends: Arceus. If you do have Heatran, use Metal Sound to drop Delphox’s Special Defense. Then, hit it with Flash Cannon and use the Steel Tera Type as soon as you can.
If you can’t find Heatran, check out a special Armarouge build. It’s known to solo the raid on its own. This setup involves using Calm Mind and Acid Spray to weaken Delphox.
