Pokémon Go Safari Events Are Coming
Pokémon Go Safari events are on the way to three cities in October and November. They will bring Shiny Skiddo and more bonuses. Get ready to boost your chance of encounters too.
These fun events will happen in Seoul, South Korea, from October 7-8. Then they move to Barcelona, Spain, on October 13-14. Finally, they wrap up in Mexico on November 4-5.
All events share the same cool rewards and aim to bring players together from every corner of the world. Yet, each city adds its unique twist.
Players will enjoy a full weekend in each city. They can catch rare Pokémon and find more Shiny Pokémon. There’s also Field Research to tackle.
Need a Ticket?
For about $13, you can buy a ticket to enjoy the Safari even more. Choose your day and get extra bonuses. These include Lure Modules, Special Trades, and buddy finds. You can also get tickets for specific parts of the event, like Raids or Eggs.
The events will also offer a special prize. Complete Special Research and you might get an Eevee wearing an explorer hat, maybe even a Shiny one.
Special Shiny Pokémon
Each Safari event will showcase different Shiny Pokémon depending on the city. But, all three will have Shiny Skiddo. Look for Unown Pokémon too, spelling out the city’s name.
For now, Shiny Skiddo is just for those who join the events in person. The developers hinted it might appear in Pokémon Go later. But, they did not say when. So, patience is key.
