All Pokémon GO Fourth Anniversary Challenges and Timed Research Rewards
Pokémon GO is celebrating its fourth anniversary with a series of exciting challenges and timed research rewards for trainers to enjoy.
To commemorate this milestone, trainers can participate in the Pokémon GO’s Fourth Anniversary Challenge. This event will take place from July 3 at 8 a.m. to July 8 at 10 p.m. local time.
During the Fourth Anniversary Challenge, trainers can encounter various Pokémon featured in the past Pokémon GO Fest events. These Pokémon include Pikachu, Squirtle, Totodile, Snivy, Eevee, and many more. Additionally, there will be an increased chance to encounter shiny versions of Pikachu and Eevee.
Furthermore, trainers can complete a special collection challenge during the event. By catching a certain number of Pokémon, trainers will receive rewards like Rare Candy, Incense, and encounters with Pikachu and Flying Pikachu wearing a 4-shaped balloon. Completing the collection challenge will also unlock an encounter with Genesect.
Another exciting feature during the Fourth Anniversary Challenge is the introduction of Timed Research. Trainers will have the opportunity to complete tasks and earn rewards such as Stardust, Rare Candy, encounters with Pikachu and Eevee, and encounters with Meowth, Charizard, and Genesect.
The Fourth Anniversary Challenge is just the beginning of the celebrations. Pokémon GO will continue to host weekly challenges leading up to Pokémon GO Fest 2020, which will take place on July 25 and 26.
