Pokémon GO Battle League Season 11 Schedule and Details Revealed
Niantic has just unveiled the schedule and details for Pokémon GO Battle League’s Season 11. The popular mobile game’s newest season will kick off on October 4th, 2021, at 1:00 p.m. PDT and run until November 29th, 2021, at 1:00 p.m. PDT.
During Season 11, players will have the opportunity to compete in multiple ranks, including Great League, Ultra League, and Masters League. Each league will have its own schedule, allowing trainers to explore different battle formats and strategies.
The Battle League will introduce some exciting changes in Season 11. Previously, players had to reach rank 20 to unlock the new avatar item, but now trainers will receive the item by reaching rank 10. Additionally, trainers will earn exclusive rewards such as Rare Candies, TMs, and Pokémon encounters for ranking up.
Furthermore, there will be two “Great League Remix” cups during Season 11. These cups will feature different rulesets, encouraging trainers to experiment with unique Pokémon lineups and tactics. The first Great League Remix cup will take place from October 11th to October 18th, and the second will be held from November 1st to November 8th.
The Battle League leaderboard will showcase the top ranking trainers worldwide, providing a sense of competition and recognition amongst players. Trainers can fight their way up the leaderboard by participating in battles and earning wins.
To enhance the competitive experience, the Battle League will introduce the “Choose Your Lead” feature. Trainers will have the opportunity to select their lead Pokémon before entering the battle, adding an extra layer of strategy and allowing for more diverse team compositions.
In addition, Niantic is working towards implementing an “auto-recording” feature in the future, which will automatically record battles. This feature aims to enhance gameplay analysis and provide trainers with the ability to review and learn from their battles.
