The Hunt for Shiny Pokémon Just Got Easier
Finding Shiny Pokémon has gotten a bit easier lately. New items increase your chances, like the Shiny Charm from Gen V. Also, making Herba Mystica sandwiches in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet helps. New games show Pokémon in the overworld. This means you can spot Shinies without battling them. But, this has some downsides too.
A Shiny Surprise with a Twist
A Reddit user, Maleficent-Bit1761, posted a clip. It showed a player surrounded by Iron Bundles in Area Zero. Probably, the player made a sandwich to find Shinies faster. A Shiny Iron Bundle did show up, but it was too soon to celebrate.
Caught in a Loop of Frustration
Before the player could catch the Shiny, other Iron Bundles kept attacking. This was frustrating. The player couldn’t move because of constant battles with Iron Bundles. The Shiny was visible in the background, almost like it was taunting the player. With battles happening one after another, there was no chance to catch the Shiny. We don’t know how long this went on. Sadly, the clip ended before the Shiny was caught. So, the player might have missed the rare find after all the trouble.
Advice from Fellow Hunters
Some players felt bad for the Shiny hunter. They suggested a tip. Instead of running from battles with normal Iron Bundles, fight them. By beating each one, you could clear the area. This might have stopped the chain of unwanted battles.
