Over 16 Million Pokémon Caught During Pokémon GO Fest Sapporo Event, Unlocking Bonuses for Bug Out Event

Over 16 million Pokémon were caught worldwide during the recently held Pokémon GO Fest Sapporo event, resulting in the unlocking of exciting bonuses for the upcoming Bug Out event. The event, which took place on the first day of the festival, required players to work together and catch a massive number of Pokémon.

Players from all over the globe participated in the event, with trainers in Hokkaido, Japan, leading the way by capturing an impressive 5.3 million Pokémon. The teamwork and dedication of trainers worldwide led to the unlocking of various rewards, including increased Bug-type Pokémon spawns, longer-lasting Incense, and a special event-exclusive Field Research task.

The Bug Out event will take place from Feb. 21 until Feb. 22, allowing trainers to take advantage of the unlocked bonuses. During this event, Bug-type Pokémon will appear more frequently in the wild, making it easier for players to expand their collections. Additionally, Incense activated during this event will last for a duration of one hour instead of the usual 30 minutes.

Trainers also have the opportunity to complete a limited-time Field Research task during the Bug Out event. By successfully completing this task, they will earn encounters with certain Bug-type Pokémon. This presents a unique chance for trainers to catch and add rare Pokémon to their teams.

The success of the Pokémon GO Fest Sapporo event highlights the strength and dedication of the Pokémon GO community. The collaboration and teamwork of trainers from around the world have proven to be instrumental in achieving significant milestones and unlocking incredible rewards. With the Bug Out event on the horizon, trainers can look forward to an exciting and rewarding gameplay experience.
