In its latest “Rediscover Pokémon Go” update, released on April 17, Niantic introduced a complete redesign of the game’s avatars, offering more customization options. Unfortunately, this change was met with strong negative reactions from the Pokémon Go community. Many players expressed their disappointment, claiming that the update had “ruined” their trainers and criticizing Niantic for mishandling the situation.
