For the first time in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, we’ve got new Paradox Pokémon! They come through a Tera Raid event. It’s a chance to catch Walking Wake. This is a special version of Suicune. You must act fast, as it’s here for a limited time.
We first saw hints of this Paradox Suicune in the Scarlet Book. Now, it’s here and looks completely different. With a look that’s more raptor than Suicune, Walking Wake brings excitement. It has a new move and is a Water/Dragon type. This has made competitive players very happy.
Catching Walking Wake
Walking Wake, a twist on Suicune from the past, links back to Pokémon Scarlet’s theme. But, thanks to online features, Pokémon Violet players can catch it too. They don’t need to trade their Iron Leaves.
Play in Tera Raids
For Scarlet players, look for Tera Raid icons with the Water Tera Type symbol. That means Walking Wake might show up there. You can tackle these raids alone or team up online.
Don’t Miss Out
This method works for Violet players too. Raid posts don’t care which game you have. But hurry! This Tera Raid event ends on March 12. It’s your only chance to get Walking Wake for now. The Pokemon Company has promised these Pokémon will be back in the future.
