1. Bulbasaur
To catch Bulbasaur, head to Route 204 in Eterna Forest. Look for the patch of tall grass near a small pond. You have a chance of encountering a wild Bulbasaur here. Remember to always keep some Poke Balls handy to capture it successfully.
2. Charmander
Charmander can be found in Route 203 near the southern entrance of Jubilife City. Look for a trainer with a Pikachu that’s standing next to a tree. Talk to the trainer to initiate a battle. Defeat this trainer’s Pikachu, and they will gift you a Charmander as a reward. Make sure you have an open space in your party before starting the battle.
3. Squirtle
Squirtle can be obtained as a gift from Officer Jenny in Jubilife City. After obtaining the Coal Badge and obtaining access to Route 204, head back to Jubilife City and meet Officer Jenny at the fountain. She will give you a Squirtle as a token of appreciation for your help.
