Every Pokémon Type Featured in Pokémon Sleep

Pokémon Sleep Hits iOS and Android

Pokémon Sleep is now available on iOS and Android. It offers fans a new, easy way to catch Pokémon – by sleeping!

The game first appeared in New Zealand on July 16. It’s becoming available in other places around the world, step by step.

With Pokémon Sleep, you can collect Pokémon and their unique versions in possibly the laziest way. You can get special Pokémon poses from different sleeping styles. Plus, you might find Shiny versions of some Pokémon.

Catch Pokémon in Your Sleep

How do you fill your Pokédex in Pokémon Sleep? Simply by tracking your sleep. Your collection is known as the Sleep Style Dex.

To complete it, you just track how you sleep. This could be dozing, snoozing, or slumbering. Each style helps you catch different Pokémon species.

When you wake up, you’ll see new Pokémon added to your Sleep Style Dex. Want them as Helpers? You need to befriend them, based on Serebii’s info.

Getting Evolutions

Evoli can evolve into its different forms in Pokémon Sleep, including Vaporeon, Jolteon, and Flareon. You’ll also find its Johto evolutions, Espeon and Umbreon, and Sinnoh evolutions, Leafeon, Glaceon, and Sylveon.

Although the game mainly features Pokémon from the first two generations, fans of Evolitions will love the inclusion of later generation evolutions.

How to evolve Evolitions in Pokémon Sleep is not yet clear. We’ll update this post as we learn more.
