Pokémon Go Fest 2023 is finally here! Get ready for lots of Shiny Pokémon, including some making their first appearance. Shiny hunters, it’s your time to shine. Grab your gear and start hunting for those rare finds during the event.
Go Fest Hits The Road
This year, Go Fest will stop in London and Osaka from August 4 to 6, then New York from August 18 to 20. You’ll need tickets for these events. Can’t make it? No worries! A global event is set for August 26 and 27, free for everyone. Hunt for Diancie without a ticket, though.
Shinies Everywhere
Depending on your location, different Shiny Pokémon will show up. From London to Osaka, New York, or even during the global event, lots of Shinies are waiting for you.
In London and Osaka, look out for Dewpider, Petilil, and Unown !. New York will feature Golett, Skrelp, and also Unown !. Globally, keep your eyes peeled for Goomy, East Sea Shellos, West Sea Shellos, Joltik, and Oranguru.
What to Expect
Depending on your fest location, different habitats will bring unique Shiny Pokémon. From Dark Jungle to Fairy Garden, Hypnotic Glacier to Volcanic Island, each area has special Pokémon to catch. The global event has its unique habitats too, like Quartz Terrarium and Aquamarine Shores, each with its exciting roster of Shinies.
Raid Battles and More
Raids are also a big part of Go Fest 2023, with different Pokémon available globally and in city-specific events. One to Five-Star Raids, Primal, and Mega Raids, there’s something for everyone. And if you have a global ticket, look out for special Incense Encounters featuring Unown A, D, I, M, N, O, and Pawniard from Pyrite Sands.
