How to Complete Astral Eclipse Collection Challenges in Pokémon GO
Pokémon GO’s Astral Eclipse event has arrived, bringing new challenges for trainers to complete. Here’s a guide on how to successfully tackle all the Collection Challenges during this event.
The Astral Eclipse Collection Challenges
There are six Collection Challenges available during the Astral Eclipse event. Each Challenge requires trainers to catch specific Pokémon that are appearing more frequently in the game. The Pokémon you need to catch may vary depending on your location, but we’ve provided a general list below.
Collection Challenge 1: Shiny Spinarak, Pineco, and Duskull
The first Collection Challenge requires trainers to catch the shiny forms of Spinarak, Pineco, and Duskull. These Pokémon will have increased spawn rates during the event, so keep an eye out for them in the wild. Once you’ve caught all three, this Challenge will be completed.
Collection Challenge 2: Shiny Bronzor, Beldum, and Drifloon
For the second Collection Challenge, trainers must catch the shiny versions of Bronzor, Beldum, and Drifloon. These Pokémon will also be more abundant during the Astral Eclipse event. Catch them all to finish this Challenge.
Collection Challenge 3: Shiny Zubat, Murkrow, and Houndour
Trainers participating in this event will have to catch the shiny forms of Zubat, Murkrow, and Houndour for the third Collection Challenge. These Pokémon will be appearing frequently during the event, making it easier to complete the Challenge.
Collection Challenge Rewards
Completing the Collection Challenges will reward trainers with various items, including Poké Balls, Berries, and even an encounter with a Mythical Pokémon. Make sure to complete all the Challenges to claim these rewards.
