Can Kleavor Appear as a Shiny in Pokémon Go?

Meet Kleavor: The New Raid Boss in Pokémon Go

One exciting Pokémon making its home in the Hisui region from Pokémon Legends: Arceus is Kleavor. This Bug/Rock type is an old form of Scyther. It evolves using a Black Augurite. Kleavor can also do a special move called Stone Axe.

So far, you can only find Kleavor in Legends: Arceus. But we expect it to join Pokémon Scarlet and Violet soon. Now, according to Niantic on April 28, Kleavor will join Pokémon Go. It will come as a limited-time Raid boss. This lets players check out its powers.

Shiny Kleavor: Will It Appear?

Usually, new Pokémon in Pokémon Go don’t get their Shiny versions right away. Niantic waits to bring them out at special events. This might make catching a Shiny Kleavor hard, especially if you want it to match its earlier form.

Here’s what we know about getting Shiny Kleavor in Pokémon Go.

Can Kleavor be Shiny in Pokémon Go?

Yes, Kleavor’s Shiny version is coming to the game. It will be there on its special Raid Day on May 6. Catching a Shiny isn’t sure after each Raid. Players might have to do many Raids to find one.

We’re not sure when Kleavor will be back in Pokémon Go after this Raid Day. But if it does, it might still be possible to find a Shiny version.

Getting Kleavor in Pokémon Go

Remember, the only way to catch Kleavor in Pokémon Go is through these Raids. Trying to evolve a Scyther into Kleavor won’t work yet. You can only get Scizor for now.

So, get ready. Kleavor is coming, and it’s bringing a new level of excitement to Pokémon Go. Whether you’re after its strength or its shiny version, don’t miss out on this limited-time Raid boss.
