All Pokémon are Coming back in Pokémon Sword and Shield’s The Crown Tundra DLC

Nintendo and Game Freak have just announced an exciting update for Pokémon Sword and Shield players. The upcoming DLC expansion, The Crown Tundra, will bring back all Pokémon from previous generations, giving players the chance to catch their favorite creatures once again.

The Crown Tundra DLC is set to release on October 22nd, 2020, and will be the second expansion for Pokémon Sword and Shield, following The Isle of Armor DLC. This expansion will allow players to explore a new snowy area called the Crown Tundra, which is home to various legendary Pokémon.

One of the most noteworthy features of The Crown Tundra DLC is the reintroduction of all Pokémon that were not originally available in Pokémon Sword and Shield. This means that players will have access to a massive roster of over 200 additional Pokémon, including fan favorites from previous generations.

To enhance the overall experience, The Crown Tundra DLC will feature a new gameplay mechanic called Dynamax Adventures. Players will team up with three other trainers to venture through Pokémon dens and battle powerful Dynamax and Gigantamax Pokémon. Successfully defeating these Pokémon will grant players the opportunity to catch them and potentially add them to their team.

Additionally, The Crown Tundra DLC will introduce a new co-op mode called The Galarian Star Tournament. Players can team up with various characters from the main game and DLC to participate in tournaments and challenge other trainers from the Galar region.

This announcement has generated a lot of excitement among Pokémon fans, as they will now have the chance to reunite with Pokémon that weren’t available initially in Pokémon Sword and Shield. The Crown Tundra DLC aims to provide an enhanced gaming experience by offering a wide range of Pokémon to catch and new gameplay mechanics to explore.

With its release just around the corner, players can anticipate an even bigger and more diverse Pokémon roster, making Pokémon Sword and Shield’s The Crown Tundra DLC a must-play for avid fans of the franchise. Get ready to embark on a new adventure and catch ’em all once again!
