Zeri has LEC debut during the MAD Lions defeat

Zeri Makes Debut in LEC Spring Split Game Between MAD Lions and Fnatic

The newest champion in League of Legends, Zeri, has officially made her debut in professional play. The MAD Lions picked her for their week four matchup against Fnatic in the 2022 LEC Spring Split.

Highly Anticipated Debut for Zeri

Zeri, also known as the Spark of Zaun, became available for gameplay in the fourth week of the LEC Spring Split. Fans were eagerly awaiting her debut, but the way it unfolded in the MAD vs. Fnatic game was unexpected.

MAD Picks Zeri in Draft

MAD took advantage of their position on the blue side in the draft and prioritized the pick of Zeri. This set the stage for the champion’s debut in the LEC.

A Challenging Game for Zeri and MAD Lions

Unfortunately, UNF0RGIVEN’s Zeri didn’t have the impact that was anticipated. With only one death and a 0/1/0 scoreline in the first 25 minutes of the game, it took until the 29-minute mark for Zeri to secure her first competitive assist. MAD attempted a comeback, but Fnatic’s lead proved too strong, and they ultimately secured the victory.

Fnatic’s win against MAD Lions ends their two-game losing streak and solidifies their position in the standings. MAD now shares fourth place with Misfits and Vitality in the LEC.

MAD will aim to end the first half of the LEC Spring Split on a positive note when they face BDS on February 5. As for Zeri, she will have to wait for her next appearance to secure her first kill in the LEC.
