2022 League of Legends World Championship Knockout Stage: Results, Schedule, and More
The Group Stage of the 2022 League of Legends World Championship has come to an end, and now it’s time for the knockout rounds. In just two weeks, we will have a new world champion.
The Western regions had a disappointing performance, with a combined record of 10-26 (EU 7-11, NA 3-15). This is the first time in history that fewer than two Western teams have made it to the quarterfinals.
As a result, the quarterfinal draw offers some exciting matchups without “civil war” clashes between teams from the same region.
One of the most anticipated matchups is between T1 and Royal Never Give Up, which should excite legacy fans. The tournament is filled with captivating storylines.
