Wolf, former support of SKT, signs with SuperMassive Esports

SuperMassive Esports Adds Former World Champion Wolf to Roster

Former world champion Lee “Wolf” Jae-wan has joined SuperMassive Esports as the team’s new starting support, marking one of the biggest surprises of the offseason.

Wolf, renowned for his time with SK Telecom T1, joins SuperMassive as the team’s second Korean player. He will accompany long-term mid laner Kim “Frozen” Tae-il, who competed with the team that failed to make it to the Worlds 2018 group stage a few months ago.

During his time with SKT, Wolf achieved multiple regional titles and secured two world championships. He spent more than five years with the organization.

Wolf left SKT at the end of the season after failing to qualify for the 2018 World Championship alongside his long-time bot lane partner Bae “Bang” Jun-sik, who later joined NA LCS team 100 Thieves.

Former kt Rolster support Cho “Mata” Se-hyeong replaced Wolf on the SKT lineup. Mata will combine forces with SKT’s new ADC Park “Teddy” Jin-seong, formerly of LCK team Jin Air Green Wings.
