Giants Gaming Jungler Wisdom Leaves the Team
The jungler for Giants Gaming, Tae-Wan “Wisdom” Kim, has requested to leave the team just two months after joining. He will be returning to South Korea and will not be participating in the Summer split in Europe.
Wisdom joined Giants as a last-minute addition to help the team avoid relegation. He previously played as a substitute for KOO Tigers at the 2015 World Championship. He played a crucial role in Giants’ successful bid to secure their spot in the European LCS during the promotion tournament, defeating Copenhagen Wolves and Team HUMA.
Unfortunately, Giants fans may also have to deal with the potential loss of their star mid laner, Isaac “Xpepii” Flores. The team already struggled in the previous split and narrowly avoided relegation. Losing Wisdom and possibly Xpepii could put them in a difficult position going into the Summer split.
So far, Wisdom’s departure is the only confirmed change in the Giants lineup. However, the team has hinted that more information and roster news may be announced in the coming weeks.
