Will Levi find a starting spot in the NA LCS after potentially leaving 100 Thieves?

Vietnamese Star Jungler Levi Given the Opportunity to Explore Other Options

In the esports world, one of the standout stories of Worlds 2017 was the performance of the Vietnamese team GIGABYTE Marines, led by their star jungler Đỗ “Levi” Duy Khánh. The Marines caught everyone’s attention with their innovative strategies, and Levi’s impressive skill made him a true force to be reckoned with.

The following year, Levi transitioned to a major gaming region by signing with the NA LCS team 100 Thieves. Fans were excited to see what he would bring to the table in 2018, but unfortunately, he spent most of the season on the bench, competing in the NA Academy League. However, there is now hope for Levi to find a new home and prove himself once again.

The big question now is: Where will Levi go next? And will he finally have the opportunity to shine as a starter in the NA LCS?

To be fair to 100 Thieves, their team was built around two import players, top laner Kim “Ssumday” Chan-ho and mid laner Yoo “Ryu” Sang-wook. Both players were crucial to the team’s strategies and success. Ssumday’s dominance in the top lane provided immense pressure, while Ryu’s strategic thinking helped the coaching staff make important decisions.

However, as the year progressed, it seemed like 100 Thieves weren’t improving as much as they should. They made it to the playoffs in both splits, but struggled once they got there. Ryu’s mechanical weaknesses and bot laner Cody Sun’s inconsistent performances held them back.

Instead of bringing in Levi to provide the much-needed spark, 100 Thieves opted to stick with their trusted veterans in their pursuit for Worlds. They managed to qualify for the tournament, but their performance was disappointing, winning only two games.

Now, it seems that 100 Thieves have decided to part ways with Levi entirely. It’s unfortunate that we may not see him as a starter with the team, but other organizations looking for carry-oriented junglers should give him a chance. Levi may not be flawless, and there were instances this year where he struggled to convert his leads into advantages for his team in Academy games. However, his potential and ceiling are still incredibly high, especially when surrounded by the right players.

In the upcoming LCS season, Levi is likely to become a sought-after player, as teams recognize his talent and potential impact.
