Wickd makes a comeback to the Elements roster

Elements Makes Lineup Changes

For the third consecutive week, EU League Championship Series defending champions Elements will have a new lineup. The team has decided to bring back top laner Mike “Wickd” Petersen, two weeks after benching him in favor of Kevin “Kev1n” Rubiszewski.

After a disappointing start to the season with Rubiszewski in the lineup, Elements made another change, swapping in support player Mitch “Krepo” Voorspoels in place of Patrick “Nyph” Funke. This move resulted in a 1-1 week for the team.

Elements hopes to bring back the magic of their 2012 season, when they were one of the top teams in the world. Petersen’s return reunites three core players from Counter Logic Gaming EU, including Petersen, Voorspoels, and mid laner Henrik “Froggen” Hansen.

Elements Looks to Reclaim Playoff Spot

This week, Elements will face Copenhagen Wolves and Unicorns of Love, two teams currently ahead of them in the standings. These matches are crucial for Elements as they try to secure a spot in the playoffs.

Of course, there are rumors of more lineup changes to come, with jungler Ilyas “Shook” Hartsema potentially being the next player to rejoin the team. However, retired players Snoopeh and Yellowpete are not the answer to Elements’ current issues.

Elements is determined to turn their season around and make a strong push for the playoffs. Only time will tell if these lineup changes will be the key to their success.
