Vetheo Wins MVP Award for the 2022 LEC Spring Split

Misfits Gaming’s talented mid laner, Vetheo, has secured the MVP award for the 2022 LEC Spring Split. The 19-year-old player had an impressive season, leading his team to a 12-6 record and securing third place in the league.

Vetheo received the MVP award based on votes from professional players, coaches, Riot Games staff, and members of the LEC media. Out of 55 votes, he received 25, making him the top choice for the award. Fnatic’s Hylissang and Rogue’s Malrang took second and third place respectively.

In the 2022 Spring Split, Vetheo showcased his skills by leading in kills and achieving the fifth-highest KDA in the LEC. He contributed to 34.3 percent of his team’s total kills, which was the highest among all players, according to Oracle’s Elixir. Vetheo’s consistency and dedication made him the core of the Misfits team.

Despite Misfits’ losses in the playoffs against Rogue and G2 Esports, Vetheo’s outstanding performance has given the team hope for the future. Alongside him, Misfits also has Shlatan, the Rookie of the Split, to rely on in the upcoming 2022 Summer Split.

The LEC fans can look forward to more exciting playoff action as Fnatic and G2, two legendary teams, face off on Saturday, April 9.
