League of Legends Season 7: Assassin Class Update
League of Legends Season 7 is set to update a particular class, and this time, assassins are in focus. The goal of the update is to make assassins fit their class type better and improve overall game health. For more detailed information, click here.
The update aims to make Leblanc, Talon, Rengar, and Katarina feel more complete, while Fizz, Kha’Zix, Ekko, Shaco, Akali, and Zed will receive minor updates to achieve the same purpose. The exact details of the changes have not been revealed yet, but similar to Season 6’s Mage Update, core items and abilities for each champion are expected to be changed or even removed, with new items introduced into the game.
One of the significant changes in this update is the separation of “stealth” into two terms: Invisibility and Camouflage. Invisibility, which is a short-term, fight-based stealth, allows breaking aggro and/or re-engaging. Champions with invisibility cannot be seen by pink wards. On the other hand, camouflage is a long-term stealth that focuses more on roaming the map rather than fighting. Camouflage can be seen by pink wards.
