Upcoming Release: Third Pentakill Album, Lost Chapter, Set for September Release

Pentakill’s Third Album, “Lost Chapter,” Set to Release on Sept. 8

After a long wait, Riot Games’ rock band, Pentakill, is finally making a comeback in League of Legends with their third album, “Lost Chapter.” The highly anticipated album will be available to fans on Sept. 8, as announced by the developer earlier today.

Riot has been teasing the return of the virtual band throughout the year with various appearances and teasers. Earlier this month, they revealed an image that turned out to be the release date for the third album.

The album, creatively directed by Riot’s Christian “Praeco” Linke, will feature up to 10 original songs. Fans can expect unique styles and aesthetics from Pentakill, much like the virtual pop band K/DA. The band’s previous albums and skins were loved by the community, and there is even speculation that new champions, like Viego, could be added alongside the release of their third album.

With its release, Pentakill’s “Lost Chapter” could potentially include a song linked to the 2021 World Championship anthem and may be accompanied by new in-game skins. Fans can pre-save the album here to ensure they can listen to it as soon as it drops.
