Prestige Empyrean K’Sante: League of Legends’ New Collaboration Skin
League of Legends players are in for a treat with the upcoming release of a new Prestige skin. What makes this skin even more special is that it was designed by none other than the current League “president.”
K’Sante, the Pride of Nazumah, will be the lucky recipient of the first-ever Prestige skin created through a collaboration between Riot Games and the talented musical artist Lil Nas X. Lil Nas X is responsible for creating this year’s World Championship anthem and will also perform at the finals in San Francisco. The Prestige skin is part of the brand-new Empyrean line, which will also include a regular version of K’Sante’s release skin.
K’Sante: League’s Next Champion
Last week, K’Sante was officially unveiled as League’s upcoming champion, taking on the role of a top lane tank. This is significant because new champion releases have rarely catered to the needs of top lane tanks in the past five years. With his powerful weapon Ntofos, K’Sante can pummel and slice through his opponents while also defending himself from incoming attacks.
Prestige Empyrean K’Sante: A Unique Twist
Prestige Empyrean K’Sante takes the upcoming champion in a completely different direction compared to the other skins in the Empyrean line. Instead of the silhouette theme, the Prestige version showcases K’Sante in a stylish purple outfit, deviating from the overall aesthetic of Empyrean skins.

How to Unlock Prestige Empyrean K’Sante
Typically, obtaining new Prestige skins involves purchasing event passes and grinding in order to accumulate enough event currency. Prestige Empyrean K’Sante follows this pattern and is directly related to the ongoing 2022 Worlds event.
From November 3rd to 14th, players have the opportunity to exchange 2,000 Worlds tokens in the in-game event shop for Prestige Empyrean K’Sante. You can find the event shop at the top of the client, next to the “Clash” tab.
Players can earn Worlds tokens by completing event missions, with or without the event pass. However, those without the pass will not earn enough tokens to unlock this skin. It’s important to note that the current Worlds event features various skins from the Spirit Blossom event, including Prestige Spirit Blossom Master Yi. So, players should keep this in mind when deciding to purchase Prestige Empyrean K’Sante within the specified time frame.
Interestingly, players only have one week to purchase this new Prestige skin before the event ends and it becomes unavailable. It’s unlikely that Prestige Empyrean K’Sante will be added to the Mythic shop for direct purchase with Mythic Essence in the near future.
