Tyler1 embarks on a new League of Legends challenge in South Korea

Twitch Streamer Tyler1 Plans to Repeat Challenger Challenge in South Korea

Tyler1, the high-profile Twitch streamer known for his League of Legends gameplay, is taking on a new challenge. During a recent stream, he announced his plan to travel to South Korea and attempt to reach Challenger rank on the highly competitive server.

Tyler1 plans to “autofill to Challenger” in South Korea and will be accompanied by fellow streamer tarzaned. While they may not necessarily play duo queue games together, they will collaborate on IRL (In Real Life) streams.

Tyler1 intends to stay in the country for 30 days, as he has other plans scheduled immediately after. It is possible that he may also collaborate with Riot Games during the Mid-Season Invitational, which will be held in Busan from May 10 to 29. However, he has not confirmed his attendance or any other plans for his time in South Korea.

Many League teams and players from around the world are also heading to South Korea ahead of the Summer Split to play on the server. This was made possible due to the lifting of mandatory quarantine for travelers entering the country.

Despite the recent surge in COVID-19 cases in South Korea due to the Omicron variant, the country has abandoned its “zero COVID” strategy and lifted most sanitary restrictions, including quarantine measures for travelers.
