TSM ends curse with victory over Clutch Gaming

TSM Secures Convincing Win over Clutch Gaming in NA LCS

TSM finally achieved a convincing victory over Clutch Gaming today in the North American LCS.

Clutch Gaming has been TSM’s greatest challenge, having defeated them in the playoff quarterfinals last split and winning their first encounter this summer.

In this game, TSM opted for Talon as their mid laner Bjergsen’s champion. Despite a lackluster lane phase, Bjergsen made successful roams in the side lanes, helping TSM establish an early lead.

Clutch Gaming’s decision to attempt a desperate Baron turned out to be a disaster, as TSM jungler Grig managed to steal the buff, leading to the team wiping out Clutch Gaming and securing the victory.

TSM has had a rollercoaster season so far, experiencing undefeated or winless weeks. This win marks their first high-quality performance, with Bjergsen returning to MVP-caliber form. The bot lane duo of Zven and mithy also played aggressively and secured an early lead.

Clutch Gaming’s poor decision making and macro play ultimately cost them the game. While mechanically skilled, the team struggled with mid to late-game calls and managing side waves.

TSM will continue their pursuit of the NA LCS throne next Saturday against Cloud9, while Clutch Gaming will aim to rectify their mistakes before facing 100 Thieves later in the day.
