Top 10 Most-Used Skins in LEC Spring Split Playoffs

We have compiled a list of the top 10 most-used skins during the 2022 LEC Spring Split playoffs, based on the number of appearances.

Lunar Beast Aphelios

Aphelios, the most-used champion in the playoffs, was picked 22 times. His most-used skin, the Lunar Beast Aphelios, was chosen 14 times. This skin is part of the Lunar Beast skin line, released in celebration of the Lunar Year in 2021. Lunar Beast Aphelios and his sister Alune honor the Bull God and fight alongside the squad as its descendants.

Crime City Jinx

Jinx, the second most-used ADC in the European competitive scene, was picked 16 times during the playoffs. Surprisingly, players mostly used her release skin, which is almost a decade old, in eight matches.

Subterranean Nautilus and Elderwood Gnar

Subterranean Nautilus and Elderwood Gnar tied for the third place, with each skin being selected 13 times by the LEC teams. Despite mixed reviews from the general public, pro players favored Subterranean Nautilus due to its clear visuals of abilities. Elderwood Gnar, on the other hand, made only four appearances in the playoffs, suggesting it’s not a popular choice among players.

Duality Dragon Volibear Prestige Edition, SSG, and Brave Phoenix Xayah Prestige Edition

Three skins share the fourth place, including two prestige edition cosmetics. Duality Dragon Volibear, picked eight times, represents the balance between rage and mercy. Brave Phoenix Xayah, another prestige edition skin, showcases her unwavering justice. The third skin in this group is the Samsung Galaxy Xayah skin, commemorating Ruler’s performance in the 2017 World Championship. Both Volibear and Xayah were picked 12 times, with their prestige edition skins being chosen five times.

Cosmic Dawn Rakan, Lunar Beast Viego, Program Camille

This group consists of Cosmic Dawn Rakan, Lunar Beast Viego, and Program Camille, all chosen 11 times. Cosmic Dawn Rakan aids his allies, while Lunar Beast Viego brings doom to his opponents. Program Camille, the robotic assassin against unauthorized technology, has proven popular among LEC pros.

SSG Jarvan IV

Honoring Samsung Galaxy’s victory in the 2017 World Championship, SSG Jarvan IV skin takes the sixth place. It was picked 10 times, accounting for half of the appearances of Jarvan IV during the LEC Spring Split.

Base skin LeBlanc

Despite having multiple skins, the base skin of LeBlanc was preferred by LEC mid laners in the playoffs. It was chosen five times, placing it in the seventh spot on the list.

Jayce Brighthammer

Jayce Brighthammer, a noble paladin with scientific prowess, made eight appearances during the LEC Spring playoffs. This old skin from 2016 was favored six times, surpassing his more recent Arcane skin.

A four-way tie for second-to-last place includes base skins of Ahri and Renata Glasc, Storm Dragon Lee Sin, and High Noon Hecarim. Ahri’s base skin appeared six times, while Storm Dragon Lee Sin and High Noon Hecarim were chosen three times each, outperforming their other available skins.

Blood Moon Thresh, Withered Rose Zeri, base skin Sylas, Elderwood Ornn

Four more skins share the last spot on the list. Blood Moon Thresh, Withered Rose Zeri, Sylas’ base skin, and Elderwood Ornn were all picked six times during the LEC Spring playoffs. Elderwood Ornn had the most appearances with five. Blood Moon Thresh and Withered Rose Zeri were chosen four times, while the base skin of Sylas made only three appearances.
