Dark Star Jarvan Skin Now Available in League of Legends
Dark Star Jarvan, the long-awaited skin for the prince of Demacia, is finally here. This marks the first skin release for Jarvan IV since the Fnatic Jarvan skin in 2014, which celebrated Fnatic’s Worlds victory. It has been a four-year wait for fans, but the new skin is definitely worth it.
The Dark Star Jarvan skin is priced at 1350 RP, putting it in line with other Dark Star skins in the game. It comes with custom ability animations, a modified voiceover, and a new recall animation.
Joining the ranks of Dark Star champions like Orianna, Kha’Zix, Thresh, and Varus, Jarvan IV is the first in the series to break the mold of creepy and edgy champions. Although he now embodies a cosmological star-destroying deity, the point remains that his design is unique in the Dark Star lineup.
Dark Star Jarvan’s release is also significant because it continues the trend of older champions finally receiving new skins. Cassiopeia, Singed, Yorick, and soon, Illaoi are among the champions who have recently received long-awaited skins. Fans of Shaco are still hoping for a better skin in the future.
