Team Dynamics dominate KT Rolster in their inaugural LCK match

Team Dynamics Upsets KT Rolster in LCK Summer Split Match

In a surprising turn of events, Team Dynamics pulled off a 2-0 victory against KT Rolster in their first LCK match of the season. This upset took place on the second day of the LCK Summer Split’s first week.

KT Rolster’s Star Player Smeb Missing from Lineup

For this series, KT Rolster did not bring in their star player Smeb, who was signed earlier in May. Instead, SoHwan, KT’s starting top laner since the beginning of the 2020 season, played in the match.

Team Dynamics’ Determination and Strong Performance

Team Dynamics entered this series with a goal to prove themselves as contenders in the LCK. They focused on choosing comfort picks, opting for champions they were confident in, even if they didn’t have the best synergy. On the other hand, KT Rolster went for favorable matchups that should have given them an advantage.

However, the match did not go as expected. Team Dynamics’ players roamed relentlessly and played around early objectives successfully. Not only did they win both early games with Beyond’s numerous ganks, but they also came out victorious in most of the teamfights.

Game one saw Dynamics’ mid laner Kuzan wreak havoc with his Corki packages, while in the second game, AD carry deokdam had the space to dominate the opponents.

Aphelios proved to be a decisive pick in the meta once again. Deokdam secured a quadrakill on this powerful champion, leading to a victory for Team Dynamics in only 24 minutes after a successful fight around the Baron pit and a drake steal.

In a post-match interview, Team Dynamics’ top laner Rich expressed his confidence, claiming to be the best Aatrox player in the league. However, he acknowledged the challenge waiting for him in his next matchup against Afreeca Freecs’ top laner Kiin.

Team Dynamics has gained attention from League fans due to their successful performance in Challengers Korea and their recent partnership with South Korean food brand Nongshim.

In their next match, Team Dynamics will face Afreeca Freecs on Saturday, June 20. Afreeca finished sixth during the 2020 LCK Spring Split. On the other hand, KT Rolster will have to turn things around in their tough matchup against Gen.G on June 21.
