T1’s Canna Achieves 100 Game Wins in the LCK

T1’s Canna Reaches 100th Game Win

T1’s top laner, Canna, achieved his 100th game win after today’s match against Liiv SANDBOX. Despite being considered a rookie by many, Canna’s performance has seen a significant improvement lately.

Initially, Canna struggled at the start of the split, leading fans to speculate that T1 would replace him with substitute top laner Zeus. However, Canna staged a comeback in recent weeks and has been impressing in the LCK. Throughout the split, he earned four MVP votes and has proven to be a reliable carry or frontline player for his team, adapting to the meta.

Canna started his professional career in the League of Legends scene in May 2019 as a trainee for SKT, the former name of T1. After six months, he earned a spot in the starting roster and has been the team’s top laner since the 2020 LCK Spring Split. During his debut split, Canna performed exceptionally well and won a title alongside his teammates after a 3-0 series against Gen.G in the playoffs. However, the team struggled in the Summer Split and failed to qualify for the 2020 League World Championship.

Despite undergoing coaching staff changes in the offseason, T1’s performance didn’t improve significantly, finishing fourth in the 2021 LCK Spring Split. Currently, the team is in fifth place and is expected to reach the playoffs. However, it remains uncertain if they can secure one of the four spots for the upcoming 2021 League World Championship without improving their performance.
