Streamer Noxious expresses enthusiasm for monetization in Legends of Runeterra

The Top Magic: The Gathering Streamer Praises Legends of Runeterra

Kacem “NoxiousLive” Khilaji, the popular Magic: The Gathering streamer, has expressed his enthusiasm for Legends of Runeterra, Riot’s new digital card game.

NoxiousLive recently streamed LoR and was highly impressed with the game’s monetization system and performance.

However, he did offer some constructive criticism regarding the mana cost for certain champion cards and combo spells.

NoxiousLive’s feedback is intended to help Riot’s developers improve the game for the entire community.

While jokingly zooming in on the Create Deck button, NoxiousLive mentioned that he would pay $5 if the button was in the Store. But he also genuinely expressed his satisfaction with how the monetization is set up in LoR and his willingness to support the game financially.

NoxiousLive and Other Streamers Show Interest in LoR

Although NoxiousLive remains a Magic player, his addition as an LoR streamer will benefit both communities. And he’s not the only digital card game player who is interested in Riot’s new project.

Magic Pro League player Janne “Savjz” Mikkonen has been binge-streaming LoR for the past two days, with only three hours of sleep in between streams. Amaz has also joined in, attracting nearly 10,000 viewers during his LoR stream.

Preview and Release Information

The limited open preview of LoR will end soon but will return in November before the game’s early 2020 beta release.
