Sjokz transitions to freelance work, maintains hosting role for EU LCS

Sjokz Moves to Freelancing Role Within Riot Games

After being the face of EU LCS for the past five years, Eefje “Sjokz” Depoortere has announced that she will be transitioning to a freelancing position within Riot Games. She expressed her commitment to the EU LCS and assured fans that they will still see her on camera during the next season. Sjokz will have the opportunity to explore projects beyond League of Legends and work on a wider variety of ventures. This move follows Martin “Deficio” Lynge’s decision earlier this year to leave Riot and become a freelance shoutcaster while still being a part of the EU LCS broadcast team. Sjokz, who joined the EU LCS in 2013, has been an integral part of Riot’s international events and the EU LCS. She is currently finalizing her future plans and will keep her fans updated.
