Schalke 04 Making a Strong Comeback in the LEC
Schalke 04 had a disappointing end to the 2018 season after narrowly missing out on qualifying for Worlds. However, they have come back strong this year and are currently in second place in the LEC, even surpassing the star-studded Misfits roster. With a minimal number of mistakes in their recent game against Splyce, Schalke 04 is proving to be one of the toughest competition in the region.
One of the standout players on the team is Andrei “Odoamne” Pascu, who has been performing at a much higher level compared to his time with Splyce in 2018. His improved gameplay has made a significant difference in Schalke 04’s successful run this year. He has also been experimenting with different champion picks, such as Ryze top, instead of solely playing tanks.

With Fnatic no longer dominating the league, there is an opportunity for other teams to rise to the top. Schalke 04’s win has placed them in second place, but they can expect tough competition as the split progresses.
