Royal Never Give Up dominates Samsung Galaxy to secure first place in Group C

Royal Never Give Up Takes First Place in Group C at Worlds 2017

Royal Never Give Up (RNG) emerged victorious against Samsung Galaxy in the League of Legends World Championship, securing first place in Group C.

RNG and Samsung had already secured their spots in the quarterfinals but went head-to-head in the group finale to determine their seeding.

The game started off with a fast-paced dive by RNG in an attempt to gain an advantage in the bot lane. However, Samsung turned the tables and came out on top. RNG quickly recovered and equalized the gold lead.

The game then transitioned into a more objective-based strategy as both teams focused on securing towers and neutral objectives. Whenever one team gained an objective, the other responded in kind to maintain a balanced match.

A crucial team fight in the mid lane at the 25-minute mark tilted the game in RNG’s favor. They capitalized on the opportunity to secure the Baron buff, allowing them to break into Samsung’s base.

With the Baron buff, RNG dominated the match, effortlessly eliminating Samsung’s players. After a series of fights, RNG emerged as the victor.

While Samsung Galaxy didn’t secure first place in Group C, they still advance to the quarterfinals as the second-placed team. They will face off against one of the first-placed teams from the other groups when the knockout stage begins on Oct. 19.
