Riot’s PBE features experimental Mythic enchanter item for LoL

New Enchanter Mythic Item and Adjustments Coming to League of Legends

Enchanter players in League of Legends will soon have a new item to use, as well as more access to existing ones. Riot Games has announced that they are making major changes to items before the start of the second split of the 2023 season. These changes are currently being tested on the game’s PBE server.

Among the changes is a new enchanter Mythic called Echoes of Helia, which replaces a niche Mythic item. Echoes of Helia costs 2,300 gold and can be built using a Bandleglass Mirror and a new component item called Chalice of Blessing. This new item provides ability power, health, ability haste, and base mana regen. It also introduces a new mechanic called Soul Shards, which are awarded to players for dealing damage and can be used to heal or shield allies and deal damage to enemy champions.

Echoes of Helia will be joined by other enchanter Mythic items like Moonstone Renewer and Shurelya’s Battlesong. Imperial Mandate, on the other hand, will be downgraded to a Legendary item without any purchase restrictions. However, it will no longer grant health but will provide more ability power.

These changes are expected to be released to League of Legends’ live servers after the conclusion of the first ranked split on July 17. Balance patches will likely be done on the PBE before the changes go live.
